You’ll guide clients in applying Data & AI effectively and responsibly, translating potential into measurable improvements in operations and growth. Key Responsibilities: Client & Delivery Leadership Lead strategic, high-impact engagements focused on business outcomes and long-term value. Drive account growth through delivery excellence, cross-sell opportunities, and trusted client partnerships. Serve as an executive sponsor and thought partner, shaping clients’ data and AI agendas. Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and scalable, high-quality outcomes. Help clients move beyond AI hype to practical, high-impact execution. Strategic Growth & Positioning Shape the delivery strategy to support growth, differentiation, and scale. Partner with business development and marketing to co-create propositions that drive business impact through AI. Champion delivery-led growth within priority accounts. Identify strategic opportunities to expand client relationships and increase revenue across sectors. Innovation, Productisation & Future Readiness Build a future-focused delivery roadmap aligned to AI, automation, and real-time decisioning. Promote a product mindset within the team, developing reusable assets and accelerators that combine data, technology, and human insight. Ensure the responsible and effective use of AI in all aspects of delivery. Support experimentation with generative AI, automation tools, and intelligent decision platforms. Team & Capability Development Develop a high-performing consulting team with commercial acumen and strategic delivery skills. Mentor and grow the next generation of delivery leaders. Foster curiosity and AI fluency across the consulting organisation. Executive Leadership Contribute to the leadership team’s strategic direction and operational cadence. Align cross-functional teams to shared goals and execution discipline. Help shape the firm's identity, culture, and scalability for long-term success.
