What You’ll Do As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent IT support and enhancing the overall client experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing remote (and occasional on-site) technical support to end users and clients Taking ownership of escalated tickets and seeing them through to resolution Troubleshooting a range of technical issues across networks, software, and hardware Supporting 1st line colleagues through complex incidents Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to our knowledge base About You Key Skills & Experience: Microsoft 365 administration Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and general networking fundamentals Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar IT support role Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Proactive, customer-focused approach Desirable (but not essential): Experience with WatchGuard, Sophos, Datto, Intune, or SharePoint Relevant certifications (MCP, CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals/Associates) Familiarity with Azure, Entra, device enrolment, and modern desktop deployments Package Competitive salary up to £35,000 per year Dedicated time and support to gain qualifications and certifications Fun social events and company activities Supportive, inclusive working environment Real opportunities for career development Ready to take the next step in your IT career?
