ERP Systems Analyst Gloucester Up to £45,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for an ERP Systems Analyst to join a leading manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP professional with strong technical and functional knowledge of QAD MFG/PRO or similar ERP systems. The successful candidate will join a collaborative ERP development team, supporting and improving business-critical systems used across manufacturing. This is a hands-on role ideal for an ERP Systems Analyst, ERP Developer, or Business Systems Analyst looking to progress in a dynamic environment. The ERP Systems Analyst Role: Day-to-day support and maintenance of the QAD MFG/PRO ERP system Deliver system improvements, upgrades, and functional enhancements Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements Create and maintain clear documentation of processes and technical changes Lead and manage ERP-related projects from initial planning through to delivery Contribute to a reliable and efficient ERP environment across manufacturing and supply chain operations Requirements: Proven experience supporting and developing ERP systems (QAD MFG/PRO experience preferred) Strong technical background with OpenEdge 10.2 and Linux (Redhat) Knowledge of WebSpeed, EDI, HTML, or JavaScript is highly advantageous Confident in liaising with both technical teams and business users Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or logistics environment is desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead projects independently This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, innovative company that values technical expertise and continuous improvement.
