Boeing Phantom Works Fixed Wing Vehicle Prototype and Test organization is looking for a Mission System Senior Manager to lead our mission systems efforts to help push the state of the art in electronic warfare located in Berkeley, MO. This position will be responsible managing a multi-disciplined team in the design, development, integration and test of advanced Mission Systems (MS) software and hardware for multiple platforms. Phantom Works is a fast-paced environment where communication and organization are crucial. The successful candidate must be able to communicate with multiple teams at multiple sites as well as be the face of the project to the customer for all Mission System related tasks. Position Responsibilities: Work with program management to develop strategic program plans and influence customer decision-making. Customer and stakeholder interface for MS system requirements. Provide guidance and approval for software and hardware architectures. Oversee and coordinate supplier development of MS software and hardware. Assist in development of program-level policies and procedures. Provide proposal and estimating inputs. Develop project plans, schedules, and work packages. Performance management and skill development for team members. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Berkeley, MO.
