Role Summary Cloud & Data Architect / Head of Engineering Key Responsibilities Contribute towards our GTM strategy and keep up-to-date with the latest Technology advances in the market, evaluating emerging technologies, ensuring Bounteous continues to provide innovative and transformative solutions to our clients. Collaborate with Sales on client proposals, guiding and advising customers to a tailor-made solution. Take a hands-on approach to the delivery of projects, spearheading efforts to promote and maintain our uncompromising standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement, working with senior management to drive continuous improvement in operational frameworks. Support marketing activities to improve brand recognition and further development of services. Skills Required Skilled Technologist with expertise in (but not limited to), Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, SRE, IaC and Security. Stakeholder Engagement skills, communicating with up to C Level connects. Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances. Leadership skills with proven ability in advising, guiding and steering priorities. Proactive and solution-oriented; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
