This is a hands-on operational role focused on managing teams, driving excellence, and building scalable processes as we expand. We're looking for someone with the technical expertise to act as our NTP, but your real impact will come from leading people, improving systems, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You’ll take responsibility for the performance of our installation teams, ensure projects run smoothly, and champion high standards across everything we do. What we’re looking for: Proven leadership experience in operational or technical roles Strong background in heat pump installations Eligible to act as an MCS Nominated Technical Person (NTP) Passion for continuous improvement and team development Salary: Commensurate with experience great benefits including van, pension, private healthcare & share options.
