Base pay range $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr Seeking a Software Engineer with strong Python scripting and network automation experience to support the global shift to Infrastructure as a Service. Work on API development, messaging services, and automation for Cisco and Palo Alto devices, alongside AIOps and AI Agent integration. Qualification: 2–4 years of Python scripting experience Deep understanding of networking (routing, switching, TCP/IP, security protocols) Hands-on experience with Cisco devices, configurations, APIs (NETCONF/RESTCONF), and YANG models Familiarity with tools like Postman, Git, PyCharm, and automation frameworks (e.g., NAPALM) Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash/PowerShell a plus) Nice to Have: Experience with Jira, version control, and cloud computing Prior Cisco work experience is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred but not required About BrickRed Systems: BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
