Workday Finance Processes & Controls Lead

I am assisting a high-growth financial services start-up with an exciting role within a workday project. We’re looking for a Workday Finance Processes & Controls Lead to bring clarity, consistency, and control to the finance function. If you love building structure from the ground up and want to own a critical piece of a rapidly growing company, this role is for you. In this brand-new role, you’ll work closely with the CFO and senior finance leaders to: Design, document, and optimise end-to-end finance processes Create clear and detailed SOPs, process maps, and internal controls Develop user-friendly guides for using Workday within the finance team Align finance policies with system capabilities and audit requirements Partner with internal teams and external consultants to ensure best-in-class finance operations Your work will embed operational efficiency, accountability, and audit readiness across the finance team.
