As part of their growth, they’re building out a brand-new Delivery function. They are now hiring their first Agile Delivery Lead to help establish and embed this capability across the business. Why This Role Exists As the business expands, there’s a growing need for dedicated delivery leadership to support multiple customer implementations and evolving team structures. This is a greenfield opportunity to define and build a delivery support model that scales, especially as the company explores exciting opportunities in the US market, with a proof of concept lined up for September. What You’ll Do Provide cross-team delivery support across a growing number of Agile teams Act as the glue between product, engineering, and stakeholders - removing blockers and letting teams do their best work Help optimise team allocation, identifying where delivery leadership is most needed Guide and mentor Scrum Masters as they adapt to the new model You’ll Bring Prior experience in a delivery leadership role across multiple Agile teams Experience embedding Agile ways of working in complex team environments A background in delivery, coaching, or agile transformation Comfort with ambiguity and shaping roles/processes from the ground up If you're interested in this, then please apply below! ✨ Agile Delivery Lead | SaaS | Manchester – Hybrid ✨
