The Leadership within our client's Strategy & Transformation team are seeking to hire a high-performing and capable individual at the Manager level. This person will have broad strategy and/or transformation experience, either from consulting or in-house and can be considered regardless of sector expertise. This team works closely with c-suite and senior executives to identify and execute transformation opportunities that add and protect value for shareholders, employees and society. General responsibilities: Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, including as the day-to-day / key client contact on engagements. Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements. Co-ordinate the preparation of deliverables that span multiple workstreams, including the answers and challenges to the likely questions and responses of the client. Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities. Required experience: Proven experience working in a leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, public sector organisation or strategy / development / transformation team in industry. Strong understanding of the value drivers within the IM&D sector. Ability to manage small / medium sized teams or significant parts of complex projects or programmes. Demonstrable experience of managing project teams and taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
