As they expand their portfolio of complex, large-scale projects, they are looking for a Bid Manager to play a key role in securing new business and driving strategic growth. The Bid Manager will : Lead the bidding process from client engagement to final submission. Provide technical insight, ensuring proposals meet client and industry standards. Collaborate with Sales, Preconstruction, and Estimating teams for seamless project handover. Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the bid lifecycle. Develop competitive, high-quality, and cost-effective bids aligned with company objectives. Essential Skills : Proven experience in façade bid management and estimating is a must. Strong technical knowledge of façade systems. Ability to manage complex bids and client relationships. Collaborative mindset, working across teams to deliver winning bids.
