Celertek, a technology staffing firm supporting mid-market clients, is hiring internally for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is based out of our Tysons Corner, Virginia office and follows a hybrid schedule . Candidates must be local to the DC Metro area and familiar with the regional tech landscape. We are specifically seeking someone with recent experience at a staffing agency —ideally supporting mid-market accounts and recruiting for software product and application development roles . The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment with a strong focus on client delivery and candidate experience. What You’ll Do: Partner closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand and fulfill technical requirements across mid-market client accounts Source and screen candidates for software engineering, product development, and application roles Build and execute daily call lists, with a target of 40 outbound calls per day Educate potential candidates on open opportunities and manage expectations throughout the process Generate leads for the Business Development team Write and present candidate summaries to internal stakeholders and clients Manage offers, negotiate terms, and conduct reference/background checks as needed Occasionally accompany candidates onsite (client walk-ins) when requested Stay current with emerging technology trends and sourcing strategies relevant to the software product development space What You Bring: 6 years of recruiting experience within a technical staffing agency, with a recent focus on software product and application development roles Proven track record supporting mid-market clients and closing highly sought-after technical talent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), project management lifecycle (PMLC), and general technical concepts Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Familiarity with the DC Metro tech ecosystem Comfortable working in a hybrid role (in-office and remote) with some flexibility
