FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER Up to £35,000 (DOE) Company Vehicle Fuel Card Tools & Materials Provided About Celestra Celestra is a nationwide IT services provider supporting top hospitality and retail brands. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, delivering fast, reliable tech solutions with exceptional service. The Role We're looking for an experienced EPoS Field Engineer to join our growing team. You'll travel to client sites (hospitality & retail) to install, maintain, and replace IT equipment. The role involves regular travel, some overnight stays, and alternate weekend work. Typical hours: 08:30–17:30 (contractual hours may vary between 06:00-22:00 based on customer needs) Full-time, permanent | Overtime available Key Responsibilities * Install, refurbish & maintain tills, Chip & PIN devices, digital displays, tablets, Wi-Fi, and more * Perform on-site swap-outs, repairs, and full installations * Complete site surveys, audits, and documentation * Support colleagues on-site and at HQ as needed What You’ll Bring * 3 years of EPoS installation experience (retail/hospitality preferred) * Knowledge of Cat5e/Cat6 cabling and IT equipment configuration * Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills * Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do mindset * Computer literate | Full UK driving licence required Perks & Benefits!
