As they expand their HR team, they’re seeking a HR Systems Administrator to take ownership of their internal HR technology and support the delivery of a first-class employee experience. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the primary administrator for HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy and user support. Support HR operations through effective reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Partner with HR and IT teams to streamline workflows and implement improvements. Provide training and first-line support to users across the business. What We're Looking For: Proven experience working with HR systems—whether in an administrative, support or systems-focused role. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be a strong advantage, though not essential. A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
