Kronos Systems Specialist Onsite We are looking for a technically experience Systems Specialist with Kronos/UKG who can get involved in implementation, configuration and troubleshooting as part of the project team with my client. This is a company wide implementation encompassing various technology platforms and you'll be the expert on UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions, ensuring every beat aligns with the strategic programme of work. What you will get involved in: * Kronos WFC and Dimensions (WFM Pro): You'll dive deep, fine-tuning configurations and integrations to make the systems sing. * Being the bridge between tech and people: You'll translate complex system jargon into clear business solutions, empowering everyone from HR to leadership. * Driving meaningful change: You won't just support systems; you'll shape them, leading implementations, upgrades, and process improvements that have a real impact. * Becoming the trusted expert: Your deep knowledge of time and attendance, core HR, and payroll will make you an indispensable partner to the business. * Turning data into decisions: Your analytical prowess will unlock insights, providing accurate and timely reports that drive strategic choices.
