Main job responsibilities 1. IT support for office laptop, desktop computers, hardware and software; 2. Maintenance and configuration of office VOIP telephony system; 3. Maintenance of office network such as Intranet, Internet, VPN, firewall, switches, routers 4. Maintenance of company's web server, DNS server and email service; 5. Video conferencing system, security access control system, CCTV systems; 6. Other office IT equipment and devices; Skills and experience · First-line IT support and remote access · PC and server configuration · Proactive server monitoring and reporting · System checks · Back up monitoring and reporting · Patch Management · Anti Virus Checks · Company phone system management · Video conference system management You ideally have: · Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Group Policies and Active Directory are advantageous · Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills · Familiarity with Linux system, specifically Redhat · Knowledge of other vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft · Good written communications · Flunt Mandarin and English You are: · Reliable and can solve problems proactively and efficiently · Keen for new experience, has good sense of responsibility and accountability · Trustworthy and able to work independently as well as in a team
