IT Helpdesk Engineer - IT MSP Cockfosters (5 days a week onsite) £26K-£30K (DOE) A well-established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Cockfosters is seeking a skilled 1st Line IT Helpdesk Engineer with a strong background in MSP environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team that has been supporting SMEs across the South of England and internationally for over 15 years. Having recently moved into a brand-new office, the company is continuing its growth journey and is looking for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to develop their skills, and ready to take on more responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Act as first point of call for incoming tickets/phone calls Support and troubleshooting of Windows 11-10 OS queries O365 Administration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) Group Policy (DNS/DHCP) Occasional on-site client visits when required Requirements: ESSENTIAL Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment Strong knowledge of Active Directory Office 365 Admin & troubleshooting (security, user creation) Basic networking knowledge Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP Full UK driving licence What's on Offer: Competitive salary: £26,000-£30,000 (depending on experience) Discretionary annual bonus 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown) Private medical insurance Contributory pension scheme Ongoing training and development Exposure to cloud projects and career progression opportunities This is a fantastic time to join a growing business that values its people, invests in their development, and maintains a strong client base through excellent service delivery.
