You’ll be right in the action—organising workshops, shaping stories, streamlining processes, and teaming up with Project Managers and our QA legends to ensure we deliver software that’s smart, sharp, and ready to scale. You’ll work closely with our Special Ops squad and stakeholders to uncover what really matters, get to the root of problems, and turn ideas into slick, scalable solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Workshopping – Lead workshops that bring out the good stuff: ideas, problems, opportunities, and the kind of insights that shape brilliant tech. Change Management – Assess and manage change requests with our Project Managers to keep projects moving without derailing timelines or scope. User Story Development – Write crisp, clear user stories that our devs love—always aligned to business value. Process Mapping – Create visual workflows and future-state diagrams that bring clarity and direction to the journey. Risk Analysis – Team up with PMs to spot risks early and keep projects out of the danger zone. QA Collaboration – Work with QA to define what “done” looks like, from acceptance criteria to testing plans. Continuous Improvement – Spot ways to improve how we do BA work and help the squad go from great to exceptional. What We’re Looking For Experience as a BA in tech-focused or software-driven environments Great analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail Killer documentation and comms skills Confidence leading workshops and engaging stakeholders Agile ways of working are second nature Know how to handle change requests and assess their impact Risk-savvy and quality-aware Passion for process improvement and collaboration Stakeholder management?
