Job Title: Contract Microsoft 365 Trainer (Part-Time) Location: Northern Ireland (Travel Across NI Required) Rate: Market Rates (Outside IR35) Contract Length: 12 Months (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week) Start Date: May, June or July TBC Help Power a 30,000-User Microsoft 365 Rollout Across Northern Ireland We’re on the lookout for an experienced and engaging Microsoft 365 Trainer to join a large-scale digital transformation programme for a major end-user organisation in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a strategic M365 rollout impacting over 30,000 users. You’ll be working as part of a collaborative change and adoption team focused on making the transition smooth, effective, and people-friendly. The Role In this 3-day per week contract, you’ll deliver face-to-face and remote training across various departments and locations. You’ll help users embrace Microsoft 365 tools — like Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint — with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities: Delivering engaging M365 training sessions across multiple sites in Northern Ireland Tailoring content for different user needs, from office staff to field teams Creating accessible, user-friendly guides and support materials Hosting drop-in sessions, live Q&As, and on-the-ground floorwalking Supporting the wider change and adoption strategy alongside change managers and comms leads Collecting feedback and continuously refining training approaches What You’ll Need Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 / Office 365 training in large-scale projects Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive and the wider Microsoft 365 suite Confident in both in-person and remote training delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, patient, and approachable with a passion for helping people adapt to change Must be based in Northern Ireland Must have a full UK driving license and access to a car – travel across NI is required Bonus Points If You Have: Experience supporting Microsoft Co-pilot adoption Worked on similar enterprise-scale public sector or regulated environment rollouts Instructional design or content creation skills for training materials and videos luke.roberts@cognitive-group.com
