Senior D365 Project Manager

An established consultancy who are currently building a Microsoft BizzApps teams are looking for a Senior CE Project Manager to join the team. This isn't a traditional PM role, you’ll play a key role in shaping internal delivery practices and contributing to the growth and maturity of the Microsoft practice. Project sizes typically range from £30k to £500k, offering a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Ideal Skills and Attributes: Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing projects between £30k and £250k. Risk Management: Skilled at identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies effectively. Methodologies: Proficient in both traditional waterfall approaches such as PRINCE2 and agile methodologies like Scrum or DSDM. Dynamics 365 Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to lead client-facing discussions. Team Collaboration: A strong team player with the ability to engage and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide project teams toward successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and scope are met. Maintain transparency around any changes and manage customer expectations effectively. Operational: Be part of the internal decision making processes for maturing delivery practices and project approach Risk & Issue Management: Proactively manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Technology Insights: Stay informed on the Dynamics 365 roadmap and communicate relevant updates and enhancements to customers. Resource Planning: Keep an up-to-date view of consultant assignments and workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization. Governance: Ensure compliance with all agreed standards, processes, and procedures. Team Accountability: Line management responsobilities of 2-3 people Stakeholder Engagement: Lead communication with stakeholders, fostering strong internal and external relationships. Leadership: Provide clear, confident leadership to ensure project objectives are met and teams stay aligned and motivated.
