We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Test Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications and systems through both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to host and lead daily status meetings, stand-ups, and ad hoc working sessions to ensure timely communication of QA activities and risks. To collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliverables. To act as the QA point of contact in cross-team discussions, offering insight into defect status, testing progress, and release readiness. To coordinate and execute end-to-end validation processes involving backend systems, APIs, and third-party vendors. To perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing. Responsible to conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams to ensure effective defect resolution. Design, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. Perform detailed manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance. Support the implementation of automation scripts using Selenium and API testing tools where applicable. To Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Required Skills Should have good QA experience in software testing (manual and automation). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). Basic knowledge of databases and ability to write SQL queries for data validation. Nice to Have: Experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation testing. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or online store environments. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools (e.g., JMeter). .
