As our AV Project Manager , you'll lead projects from post-sales to handover — managing timelines, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and making sure every project exceeds expectations. Salary Range - £40k - 48k What You’ll Be Doing Leading AV projects from start to finish with admin staff support Managing budgets, schedules, and documentation Coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors Working with cutting-edge tech: Crestron, Extron, Lightware, QSC, and more Delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships Meetings onsite with clients and main contractors What We’re Looking For Proactive, self-driven, and organised Strong communication and leadership skills Some experience managing AV projects Working knowledge of audio, video, and control systems Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for getting things done Why Join Us?
