About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to provide strategic direction and leadership in the areas of information and cyber security. This role also involves serving as the senior accountable leader for information and cyber security, representing the organization's interests in this domain, and ensuring that security strategies align with business goals. Applicants for the Chief Information Security Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 10-15 years' in multiple IT areas, including at least 5 years' in enterprise-wide architecture and information or cyber security, and 5 years' of experience leading teams. The role requires a professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder relationship building, strategic orientation, and technical communication skills. Responsibilities also include providing leadership for security awareness, defining and managing the roadmap for security solutions, and ensuring security alignment for technology projects.
