The role demands a high level of expertise in statistical programming, with a focus on quality, compliance, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of statistical programming experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a global matrixed environment, managing electronic submission deliverables, and working with cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of programming standards, medical coding, and regulatory requirements is essential, as is advanced proficiency in SAS programming.
