About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its IT Transformation Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading IT strategic planning, prioritization, finance budgeting, and project delivery services. This role involves overseeing a team that manages complex initiatives across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the use of industry best practices. Key responsibilities include facilitating strategic planning, managing demand intake, capacity planning, and budget forecasting, as well as supporting capital planning and benefits realization tracking. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in designing and leading the portfolio management operating model, championing the standardization of PPM methodologies, and building out portfolio-level analytics to communicate progress, risk, and outcomes to leadership. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a structured mindset capable of driving both high-level strategy and detailed execution. A proven track record in leading complex change initiatives, enterprise prioritization, and business success is essential. The role requires a leader with at least 5 years' experience in program, project, and portfolio leadership, as well as in applying portfolio governance, delivery methodologies, and tools. Experience in leading application development, infrastructure, or data/analytics teams is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT finance management and strategic planning, with a bonus for those with experience in the healthcare industry. The role offers the opportunity to shape the adoption of modern tools, governance models, and performance analytics, and to lead a dynamic portfolio landscape towards actionable clarity and sustainable results.
