About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of People Analytics Technology and Operations to lead the development and execution of a data-driven talent analytics strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis on workforce trends, talent performance, and other key HR metrics, and for using AI-driven analytics to enhance workforce planning and optimize HR programs. This role also involves acting as a thought leader in the field, ensuring that analytics insights are aligned with the company's growth strategy, and directly supporting HR teams and business leaders in driving change based on these insights. In addition to talent analytics, the role encompasses HR artificial intelligence leadership, strategic HR technology oversight, global payroll management, and people operations leadership. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of global HR leadership experience, with a strong focus on HR operations, talent analytics, global payroll, and HR technology. They should have a proven track record in leading AI initiatives, implementing HR technology solutions, and managing global payroll systems. The role requires a hands-on, results-oriented approach, strong process and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions. Experience with HRIS platforms and a background in data or finance, as well as HR certifications, are preferred.
