About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director to join its Enterprise Business Applications team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by leading projects in EBA strategy and implementation, business transformation, and operational excellence. This includes conducting discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, and management of various business applications such as ERP and CRM. The role also involves defining and selecting solutions, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and providing functional design to ensure the delivery of high-value, agile business solutions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 12 years' of business process analysis and/or business application experience, with a strong background in ERP and CRM products. A minimum of 3 years' of experience with NetSuite is required, and client-facing best practice consulting experience is preferred. The role demands a candidate with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced technical environment. Responsibilities also include business development, account management, and organizational leadership, such as defining new service offerings and mentoring team members. The position may require up to 40% travel.
