About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and collaborative Senior Vice President of Global Technology and Innovations Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and leading the next phase of growth for the global partner ecosystem, with a focus on accelerating company growth through trusted alliances. This mission-critical role demands a leader with a strong technical background in AI, a deep understanding of modern data and AI platforms, and a proven track record in building high-growth partner ecosystems. The SVP will be expected to develop and execute a global partner and channel strategy, drive partner ecosystem expansion, and establish a scalable partner enablement infrastructure. A people-first leadership approach is essential, as is the ability to blend strategic acumen, technical depth, and operational discipline. Applicants for this role at the company should be prepared to demonstrate at least 15 years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or data/AI technology markets, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership position within global partner/channel teams. The role requires a candidate with executive-level relationships across the global partner landscape and fluency in modern enterprise architectures, including AI platforms, data lakehouses, and cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will be a purpose-driven leader, capable of driving a multi-channel model, and a strong advocate for partner-led innovation and growth. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent preferred. The SVP will be expected to lead with resilience and optimism, encouraging a never-give-up mindset in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and to champion a diverse partner ecosystem that is representative across geographies, business models, and technology capabilities.
