About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Reporting System Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the transformation of the finance organization. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the Controllers Transformation processes, which are essential for defining data standards, standardizing accounting and transaction processing, and implementing integrated financial closing and reporting processes. This role is part of the Reporting Transformation initiative, with a focus on standardizing and reducing risk across reporting processes, and establishing global processes and infrastructure. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading various regulatory and management reporting initiatives, driving the adoption of centralized, standardized, and automated solutions, and retiring legacy processes. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in program/project management, with a strong background in technology implementations within a banking and regulatory environment. A deep understanding of financial systems, data standards, and global reporting at a bank is essential. The role requires a self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior executives and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in enterprise-wide transformation and a background in scaled agile frameworks are also preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operational thought leader, able to manage multiple workstreams and ensure the successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and heavily matrixed organization.
