About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP- System Chief Nursing Executive to lead the development and oversight of integrated nursing programs and patient care models. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the strategic implementation of high-quality, cost-effective nursing services that meet the needs of patients, physicians, employees, and the community. This leadership role demands a professional with a strong background in hospital management, policy administration, and the ability to align key areas of responsibility with the company's strategic plan. The role requires a commitment to the core values of compassion, accountability, collaboration, foresight, and joy, and the ability to demonstrate these values in a healthcare setting. Applicants for the SVP- System Chief Nursing Executive position at the company must have an advanced degree in nursing, hospital administration, business administration, or a related health field. A BSN is required if the advanced degree is not in nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in progressive healthcare leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional or system CNO/CNE role within a highly matrixed integrated healthcare system. Experience in multiple clinical departments, program management, strategic planning, and a strong understanding of quality programs and patient safety principles are essential. The role also values demonstrated experience in collaborative practice and transformative technological models of care. A current active RN license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Michigan is a necessary credential for this position.
