About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Business Partnership to serve as the primary IT liaison for its products business and research and development function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and support services for enterprise information management, as well as leading the business partner center of excellence. This role requires a strategic thought leader with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and R&D business processes and enablement. The VP will collaborate with business and functional leaders to shape and drive business strategy, develop strategy-driven roadmaps, and ensure that business solutions deliver measurable value. Essential functions include strategic planning, solutions/capability delivery, demand shaping, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering, or solutions management, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
