About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, P4, Regulatory Technology Delivery Lead - Vice President to join their Investment Management Technology (IMT) organization. The successful candidate will be a senior technology delivery leader with a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, holding a Master's or Bachelor's degree. The role is pivotal in driving the strategy for the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions that support the regulatory function, including compliance with various global regulations. The VP will be responsible for aligning technology and business stakeholders, driving solution scope prioritization, and influencing diverse teams to consensus. A strong background in the financial services industry, particularly in investment management, is preferred, along with expertise in project management, IT strategy, and Agile-based delivery methodology. Key responsibilities for the VP include program management, team work force strategy, and providing thought leadership to manage technology team delivery challenges. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, management, or technology consulting, and experience in managing end-to-end project plans. They should be adept at partnering with executive-level stakeholders, building strong networks, and advocating for the adoption of new ideas. The role demands a team player with strong leadership skills, the ability to work with global teams, and a commitment to seeking out and utilizing global best practices for solution delivery. The VP will be expected to provide vision and strategic direction to the technology team, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
