Position: Business Central Support Analyst Location: Fully Remote (Canada-based) Salary: Up to $120,000 CAD annually Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Business Central Support Analyst to join this well established VAR. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical and functional support to our clients, helping them maximize the value of their Business Central solutions. You must bring VAR (Value Added Reseller) or ISV (Independent Software Vendor) experience—this is essential for understanding the fast-paced, client-centric nature of our work. What You'll Do Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across multiple modules (finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, etc.) Collaborate with consultants and developers to resolve complex customer issues Create and maintain internal documentation and user guides Escalate issues where necessary and follow up to ensure client satisfaction Assist in client training and onboarding when needed What We're Looking For 2 years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience working at a VAR or ISV is required Strong understanding of core BC modules and workflows Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Bonus: Knowledge of finance and financial processes Why Join? 100% Remote – work from anywhere in Canada Competitive compensation up to $120,000 Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Opportunity to work with a wide variety of industries and clients
