D365CE CRM System Application Manager - £50k, End User, UK Home based DO NOT APPLY if you are not involved with Dynamics CRM (this is a D365CE role) Role: An end user in the charity sector is seeking a Dynamics 365CE (CRM) expert to take ownership of their CRM system. This is a key permanent hire reporting into the Head of Operational Improvement, responsible for platform optimisation, user support, partner management, and driving digital transformation through D365CE. Key Responsibilities: Ownership and day-to-day management of Microsoft D365CE & Portal Licensing, user access control and functional support Enhancing CRM functionality, testing upgrades, driving integration, basic configuration, Workflows Ensuring GDPR compliance, data integrity, and advising leadership Managing third-party CRM provider and vendor budgets Supporting training, reporting, and digital best practices Increasing User Adoption Essential: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365CE Experience delivering improvements via Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate) Previous work as a Functional Consultant or Product Owner Experience supporting portals Agile project delivery experience Excellent communication across non-technical stakeholders Demonstrable experience with data governance, GDPR, and InfoSec You must be eligible to work without restrictions ( No sponsorship, No PSW, No Dependency visa ) Desirable: Microsoft certifications in D365CE Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector Familiarity with Office 365 architecture and integrations Training or leading user groups Opportunity: This is a vital role at a forward-thinking, people-first charity undergoing digital growth.
