Full-Stack C#/.NET Developer

Long-Term Contract: $60-$80 per hour
We are seeking two highly motivated
Software Engineers to support the development and maintenance of a modern web-based analytics dashboard and additional software development projects. Ideal candidates will be full-stack developers with a strong foundation in front-end technologies, .NET development, and experience integrating
data visualizations using tools such as
Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms. Candidates should be passionate about improving systems that support education and eager to contribute in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop scalable and secure web applications using technologies such as .NET (Core), C#, and SQL.
- Implement and maintain data visualizations using platforms like Power BI or comparable BI tools.
- Ensure software quality and security through best practices, including secure coding standards and performance optimization.
- Perform database development and administrative tasks, including query tuning, index optimization, and data analysis.
- Participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- nalyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform application development.
- Create clear and concise documentation for both internal use and end-users.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures related to information security and data governance.
Required Skills: - Extensive experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, and SQL.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics and BI platforms.
- Strong front-end development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Lit, React, or Angular.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and secure authentication/authorization methods.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development tools.
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and secure software development.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
