About the Role Culmen International is hiring a Sr. Systems Administrator to support the Research Directorate at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. This position is on-site in Lakehurst, NJ. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst (LKE) Mission Operations & Integration (MO&I) Department is responsible for Navy Aircraft Platform Support Equipment (SE), Aircraft Launch Recovery Equipment (ALRE), and supports additional Joint Service, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The team provides logistics, engineering, and cyber work products for each aircraft and related support systems. This is for future openings, and positions may not be immediately available. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Manage and oversee the operation of computer systems and networks. Lead the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software infrastructure. Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize system performance and security. Required Qualifications BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related scientific or technical discipline. 10+ years of system administration experience. Advanced knowledge of system administration, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with network protocols and technologies. Active Secret Clearance.
