Special Projects Coordinator (CID) We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Special Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various special projects that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates. Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives effectively. Lead project implementation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners to facilitate project success. Support product development initiatives by coordinating resources and timelines. Conduct regular status meetings with team members to monitor progress and address any challenges. Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in product management or program management within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK principles. Proficiency in using project management software. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results. Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable plans. Familiarity with vendor management processes is preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve problems effectively.
