Our global research covers the cards and payments, retail technology and banking automation sectors and is used by the leading market participants, analysts and regulators as the authoritative source of industry and competitor data. We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for managing projects across RBR Data Services leveraging several years of experience in the research and consulting sector. Responsibilities: Lead teams to successfully deliver published research projects Understand client needs and priorities to deliver new, bespoke projects that best match client requirements Take ownership of projects – drive improvements to outputs and operational execution of projects, working with senior stakeholders to ensure continued relevance to clients Manage costs by establishing project team requirements and plan workstreams effectively Delegate responsibilities appropriately Ensure best practices are embedded in the teams you manage Contribute to training and team-building activities Make suggestions for new products and services Support senior managers and sales team to achieve commercial targets The ideal candidate will have: 5 years in a research/consulting environment 3 years managing project teams An ability to inspire and influence colleagues and team members Ability to build trust and relationships with clients Strong communication skills Excellent quantitative skills Attention to detail Critical thinking and decisiveness Outstanding self-management skills
