Directeur Sécurité de l’Information (CISO)

Le Directeur Sécurité de l’Information sera responsable de gérer une équipe, d’effectuer la priorisation, d’amener une vision et de jouer un rôle important dans la transformation numérique de l’entreprise. PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT • Concevoir une vision stratégique afin d’optimiser la croissance et d’accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle; • Veiller à ce que les projets soient bien en concordance avec les priorités stratégiques et objectifs de l’entreprise; • Être à l’affût des tendances TI et rechercher de nouvelles idées afin maximiser la transformation numérique; • Assurer la pérennité des projets et l’alignement de la structure de gouvernance en fonction des besoins; • Chapeauter l’équipe TI, gérer les projets complexes et se rapporter directement au VP TI. PROFIL • 10 années d’expérience en tant que directeur sécurité ou CISO; • Expérience professionnelle dans un poste à la haute direction; • Solide compétence en transformation numérique; • Expérience dans le domaine aéronautique (fort atout); • Forte connaissance en architecture d’entreprise; • Expérience en gestion de projets de sécurité • Autonomie, gestion des priorités et habiletés de communication; • BAC en gestion, en informatique ou l’équivalent; • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais) ______________ The Director of Information Security will be responsible for managing a team, prioritizing initiatives, setting a clear vision, and playing a key role in the company’s digital transformation. MORE SPECIFICALLY • Develop a strategic vision to support growth and enhance operational efficiency; • Ensure that projects align with the company’s strategic priorities and objectives; • Stay up to date on IT trends and seek out innovative ideas to maximize digital transformation; • Ensure the sustainability of projects and the alignment of the governance structure with business needs; • Oversee the IT team, manage complex projects, and report directly to the VP of IT.
