Your Impact Lead from the front – Own the design and development of robust full-stack features that directly influence growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Bring 5 years of full-stack development experience (you’re likely the go-to person on your current team). Strong backend skills with C# / .NET , and exposure to Azure or AWS environments. Proficiency with React , TypeScript , and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, etc.). A sharp eye for performance, clean architecture, and secure, scalable systems.
