Senior Program Manager

Role: Senior Program Manager Locations: Mississauga, ON Type: Full Time/Permanent/Direct Hire Responsibilities: • Responsible for all management and implementation of major/multiple/highly complex and enterprise-wide projects. • Provides strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed project work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. • Provide significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards. • Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties. • Manages the implementation and optimization of data governance tools and collaborates with product, technology, and business teams to integrate these tools into the broader program delivery landscape. • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all levels. • Develops and presents executive-level program and project reports, tracking performance against KPIs and delivering updates to stakeholders regularly.
