AV Support Technician / Audio Visual Support Analyst Key Responsibilities: • Provide 1st/2nd line troubleshooting for AV systems globally • Conduct daily morning meeting room testing • Hosting remote meeting and webinar, including set up and management of polling, Q&A and breakout rooms • Event Support- preparation / rehearsals / live event management AV Support Technician / Audio Visual Support Analyst Attributes/Skills: • Experience with supporting the following technologies: o Microsoft Teams Rooms (Crestron, Polycom, Logitech) o AV Peripherals – Shure, Q-SYS, Biamp, Nureva, AVer, Huddly, Crestron, Extron o Video Conferencing (Pexip) Rooms (Cisco, Polycom) • Prior experience with a ticketing system. • Experience with Windows Operating Systems AV Support Technician / Audio Visual Support Analyst
