Change Project Manager - Legal Projects (12-month FTC) £70,000 Hybrid Working (3 days on-site) Looking for a change where you can really make a difference? My client, a well-respected global player in the legal world, is looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a chance to be at the heart of a big transformation project, helping to shape how things work and making sure everyone's on board. What you'll be doing You'll be working within the Legal Operations & Project Management team, collaborating with both lawyers and business support teams. The focus is on making the management of legal projects smoother and more effective. That means everything from how projects are initially scoped and priced, right through to how they're delivered and evaluated. It's all about bringing structure and clarity to how things are done. Here's the kind of stuff you'll get involved in: Putting solid change management plans in place. Building strong relationships with all sorts of people across the business. Figuring out what the impact of changes will be (on people, processes, tech – the whole shebang). Making sure everyone knows what's going on, keeping them in the loop, and getting them excited about the changes. Mapping out how things work now, how they'll work in the future, and spotting where improvements can be made. Keeping a close eye on how things are progressing, managing any risks, and keeping senior folks updated. Spotting potential roadblocks and coming up with plans to tackle them. Making sure everything gets delivered on time and to the right standard. Gathering feedback to help improve the project as it goes. What you'll bring I appreciate you're a seasoned pro who knows what's what, so I won't insult your intelligence by listing the basics. In short, you'll bring substantial experience in change methodologies and project management within complex organisations (ideally professional services or legal), with a proven ability to drive stakeholder engagement, deliver impactful communications, and manage change. One thing I should mention here though - they are looking for advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and visualisation. What's in it for you My client values its people and wants to make sure you're rewarded for your hard work. Here's what you can expect: A competitive salary (reviewed annually). A flexible, hybrid working setup (3 days in their London office). A generous bonus scheme. A decent holiday allowance. Private medical insurance. If this sounds like something of interest to you - apply here now or drop me your CV over to nruocco@dghrecruitment.co.uk
