Key Responsibilities: Installing and configuring hardware/software on-site and remotely for a diverse client base. Supporting and troubleshooting Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), desktops (Windows 10/11), and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware). Deploying and managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and other cloud services. Implementing and supporting cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and network security systems. Delivering first-class customer support both remotely and face-to-face. Contributing to project planning, design, and technical documentation. Key Requirements: 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity products. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full driving license with access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed for site visits).
