The Head of Business Transformation will lead and drive significant improvements across our business and finance processes, systems, and data insight capabilities. We're looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead a major transformation - starting with replacing our current finance and property systems. This isn’t just about tech; it’s about rethinking how we work. From simplifying expense claims to creating better tools for budgeting and reporting, you’ll help design smarter, more efficient ways of doing business that really work for people. You'll be the one shaping and driving our transformation strategy, working closely with teams across Finance, IT, and beyond. Whether it’s streamlining processes, introducing new systems, or improving how we use data, you’ll make sure projects are well-planned, delivered on time, and actually make a difference. Clear goals, good communication, and keeping things on track will be key to your success. This role is all about people, as much as it is about process. You’ll build strong relationships, listen to what teams need, and bring them on the journey.
