We are working exclusively with a Syndicate to recruit a Head of Transformation to join their team in London. This role would suit a FIA Actuary who has strong leadership experience and is keen to innovate and develop actuarial processes in the business. You will be leading/developing a team and working alongside other senior stakeholders to ensure that the companies objectives are met. Projects include reserving transformation, capital modelling improvements, and also 2nd line validation work. They are looking to speak to candidates who have a strong Lloyd's/London Market background (can be consultancy or in-house), and who have had experience in innovation/transformation projects previously. Candidates should have a passion for innovation and ideally have had some experience in Python or SQL. Candidates should be able to navigate stakeholders and have had prior success in managing projects to completion.
