We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing MGA to recruit a Business Change Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and adoption of change initiatives across the Group. This role ensures that new integrations and strategic change projects are implemented well, embedded effectively and deliver lasting business benefits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the implementation of a standardised change management approach, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of acquisitions and key initiatives while maintaining strong employee engagement. Drive benefits tracking and ensure change initiatives deliver measurable value, support strategic goals, and establish the necessary capabilities and reporting. Lead Business Analysts to define requirements and opportunities. Collaborate with the business to implement process, system, and role enhancements. Engage stakeholders across the Group to ensure alignment, buy-in, and adequate resourcing. Deliver targeted communications to support understanding and engagement. Support go-live and post-implementation phases, ensuring teams are trained, prepared, and able to sustain changes. Establish and manage governance frameworks to ensure visibility, control, and risk management across all change initiatives at the Board and Executive levels. The ideal candidate should have: Strong understanding of the insurance sector, including data and pricing criticalities, regulatory pressures and customer expectations. Expertise in change management and project management methodologies. Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
