Claims Trainer Leicester – hybrid working £35,000-£36,000p.a. As a Claims Trainer, you will be integral to the Learning & Development team, supporting the Claims Operations function. This role ensures the delivery and evaluation of training initiatives that directly impact performance, customer satisfaction, and business success.
