Who We Are: At Encore Corporate Travel, we started with a simple belief: Travel and meetings services should feel personal — like part of your team, not just another vendor. From day one, our mission has been clear: to become the world’s most loved travel partner. We step in like your own trusted travel team — built to care as much about your people as you do. World-class service. Smart, agile technology. A team that's with you for the journey and the moments that matter. Encore is proudly Canadian-owned, woman-led, privately held, and independent — built with heart, vision, and grit. As a certified Women’s Business Enterprise through WEConnect International, we champion diversity as a strength and a strategic advantage. Our independence empowers us to lead with integrity and purpose, staying true to our values and to the people we serve. Our technology division, Zii, was developed in Canada and powers travel programs for companies around the world. Powered by smart, agile technology. Delivered with care by people who know it’s never just another trip. We embed ourselves into our clients’ teams, becoming an extension of their culture, their goals, and their pride. In a world full of mergers, shortcuts, and lost connections, we’ve stayed independent — choosing a different path. Every experience — every booking, every click, every call — stays in our capable hands. Because travel isn’t just a business expense. It’s time away from home, it’s moments missed, it’s trust earned. It carries both a company’s investment and a person’s experience. It matters because it touches people. At Encore, we don't take that lightly. That's why we build differently. That's why we serve differently. About the Role: We are looking for a Director of Meetings & Events to lead, scale, and evolve our M&E division across Canada, the U.S., and beyond. Strong operational and commercial capabilities — comfortable with budgets, vendor management, and scaling teams Passion for combining technology and human service to create high-value, high-impact experiences. Comfortable collaborating with Product/Technology teams. A builder’s mindset: strategic, creative, hands-on when needed. Based in Canada and able to work hybrid (remote occasional in-person team/client meetings). Why Join Encore?
