Senior Dynamics 365 Implementation Project Manager Contract or Full Time Permanent - Enterprise Client - North American operations Hybrid Work Environment - 2 days per week in office Toronto, ON Role Summary: Leadership role in planning, executing, and delivering Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects. Acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives Core Responsibilities: Lead projects by developing and maintaining detailed plans, schedules, and budgets, overseeing the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with executives and department leaders to define project goals, align with business needs, and provide regular status updates to manage stakeholder expectations. Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, analysts, and consultants, allocating resources and monitoring team performance to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to address challenges. Provide technical oversight to ensure proper configuration and integration of Dynamics 365 modules, validating solutions against business and technical requirements. Plan and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption, including conducting training sessions and developing end-user documentation. Manage vendor relationships with Microsoft and third-party providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure project success. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 10 years in project management, with a focus on ERP/CRM implementations. Proven track record of leading large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. Certifications : PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-700) are an asset. Soft Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Tools : Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps).
